Application:

N2XRY low voltage power cable is not only simple in structure and convenient to use, but also has excellent electrical insulation, physical and mechanical properties, flame resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance, performance, and moisture resistance. The laying temperature of the cable is not lower than 0℃, the long-term allowable working temperature (90℃), the current transmission capacity is large, and it is not restricted by the laying drop.

Product advantages:


1. Excellent insulation:
XLPE maintains the original good insulation of PE, and the insulation resistance is further increased. The dielectric loss tangent value is very small, and it is not greatly affected by temperature.
2. Heat resistance:
XLPE has very high heat resistance, the long-term working temperature can reach 90℃, and the heat life can reach 40 years.
3. Better mechanical properties:
Due to the establishment of new chemical bonds between macromolecules, the hardness, stiffness, resistance and impact resistance of XLPE have been improved, thereby making up for the shortcomings of PE being vulnerable to environmental stress and cracking.
4. Chemical resistance:
XLPE has strong acid and alkali resistance and oil resistance. Its combustion products are mainly water and carbon dioxide, which is less harmful to the environment and meets modern fire safety requirements.
